Administer your employees holidays and entitlements with this low cost, multi-user, easy to use staff holiday planner.

HolPlan allows staff to enter their requests for Holidays on a set of monthly calendars organised as a bar chart. The requests can then be accepted, rejected or modified by an Administrator, who can also enter each employee's yearly entitlement and other relevant information.

HolPlan is available as both single user and multi-user Networked versions.

HolPlan displays each employee's holidays as different colours in the appropriate cells.

Double clicking a monthly calendar enlarges it, so that multiple employee's holidays on a day can be easily distinguished.

Unlike some planners, HolPlan shows all the staff holidays for a whole year, which gives management a useful overview of the selected year:
